Ali Hartman is the Head of Responsible Investment at Tiger Global and the Head of Tiger Global Impact Ventures (TGIV). In this hybrid role, she leads the firm's approach to responsible investment across its public and private funds, as well as TGIV’s venture philanthropy and impact strategies.
Previously, Ali was Head of Global Citizenship and a Director of ESG Strategy at KKR, worked on the Global Public Affairs team at Coca-Cola, studied worker rights at the International Labor Organization (ILO) in Paris, and completed fieldwork abroad on a range of social justice issues.
Ali has spent the last three decades of her life as a service-driven leader, holding various roles as a strategic advisor, board member, volunteer, and activist across more than 30 nonprofits. She holds a B.A. in Women Studies and Human Rights from Columbia College at Columbia University and completed her M.A. in International Affairs at L’Institut d'Études Politiques de Paris (Sciences Po Paris).
