Colin Teichholtz

For the last 13 years Colin Teichholtz has been a hedge fund portfolio manager in senior roles at Element Capital, BlueMountain Capital, and Pine River Capital. Prior to that, he spent 19 years as a fixed income trader at Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley, focused on MBS, rates, and emerging markets. Colin has an A.B. in Economics from Harvard College. He has been a private sector advisor to the U.S. Treasury, serving for four years on the Treasury Borrowing Advisory Committee (TBAC) and for six years on the Financial Research Advisory Committee (FRAC). He is a member of the NYU Stern Volatility and Risk Institute External Advisory Board. Colin serves on the board of Good Shepherd Services, where he co-leads the team that creates the epic all-night puzzle-hunt fundraiser Compass. Colin lives in Manhattan with his wife Stella Um.
