Will Sternlicht is passionate about improving our built environment, believing that stable and safe housing is a fundamental component of poverty alleviation. Currently, he works as an associate at Crosstree Real Estate Partners, focusing on investing in and developing housing in the UK. He's also an active angel investor, focusing on innovations for the built environment and government processes. Previously, he served as a venture fellow analyzing early-stage startups for NFX; expedited building permits at Pulley; developed affordable housing with Miami-Dade County's Department of Public Housing; and led a data-first investing initiative at Social Capital. Will holds Masters in Public Policy and Business Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School and Harvard Business School as well as a BS from Stanford University.
