Eric is the Director of Partnerships with the GitLab Foundation where he is responsible for leading donor collaborative development with institutions and individuals as well as designing cross-institutional collaborations with other philanthropies.

With over 20 years of nonprofit leadership experience as a philanthropic advisor, board member, and executive director, Eric has worked with hundreds of organizations globally and locally to increase access to health, education, and meaningful work. In addition to philanthropic, development, and nonprofit governance acumen, he has also been a national spokesperson interviewed by numerous media outlets.
