Helen Goldberg is the Director of Programs & Operations at Coleman Family Ventures, a family philanthropy in New York. She previously served as a Director at Arabella Advisors, a philanthropy consulting firm, where she helped philanthropists work more strategically and effectively. She also partnered with Arabella’s senior leadership to drive internal strategy and innovation. Prior to Arabella, Helen was a senior strategy advisor at the International Rescue Committee (IRC), a global humanitarian aid NGO. Helen has an MBA from the Yale School of Management and a BA in international studies and Spanish from Johns Hopkins University.
